Lawrence Gorfine, M.D.
Board Certified in Anesthesiology Board Certified in Pain Medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Board Certified by the American Board of Pain Medicine Dr. Gorfine is Past-Chairman of the Pain Committee of the Florida Society of Anesthesiologists, and is Past-President of the Florida Academy of Pain Medicine. He was Director of Pain Medicine, Associate Professor and Fellowship Director of Pain Management at the Medical College of Virginia. As a leader in his field, Dr. Gorfine has over 25 years of experience in anesthesiology and pain medicine. Douglas MacLear, D.O.
Board Certified in Anesthesiology Board Certified in Pain Medicine by the America Board of Anesthesilogy Fellowship in Pain Management Dr. MacLear has over 20 years of medical experience in anesthesiology and pain medicine. He completed a Fellowship in Pain Management at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center focused on advanced comprehensive treatment of pain through state-of-the art procedures including neuroablation, pulsed radiofrequency, coblation and regenerative injection therapy (PRP tissue stimulation). He is a member of the Florida Academy of Pain Medicine, and a member of the Florida Society of Anesthesiologists. The Palm Beach Spine & Diagnostic Institute accepts worker’s compensation, auto insurance, and some insurance plans. If the Institute does not accept your insurance, we will work with your out-of-network benefits. Our billing team will submit insurance claims on your behalf. Payment is due at the time of service. Do I Have to Get My Insurance Pre-authorization or Do You Do It?
If your insurance requires a pre-authorization, our office will attempt to obtain it from your plan carrier.
Do I Need a Referral in Order to Be Evaluated?
